We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Project Manager. What is this role?
This is a senior-level, full-time position that can be performed remotely from anywhere. You will serve as the primary coordinator for our customer experience programs, ensuring that our strategic goals are met through careful planning and execution. You will report to the CX Director and act as a bridge between our vision and the day-to-day operations that make that vision a reality.
What will you do?
- Take charge of managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple customer experience workstreams to ensure we stay on track.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Marketing, Product, and Operations to align on project goals and drive accountability for key initiatives.
- Analyze customer feedback data, monitor metrics such as NPS and CSAT, and help develop executive-level reports that highlight actionable insights.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have 4 to 7 years of experience in fields like Customer Experience, Project Management, or Business Operations. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and comfortable managing complex, cross-functional projects. You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and you should have a strong grasp of data analysis. Experience with Power BI is a plus, as is a background in consulting or agency environments. You must be fluent in English and possess the communication skills necessary to manage stakeholders effectively.
