About the Role
We are hiring for a Senior Customer Experience Officer on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for a candidate who excels at managing client interactions and wants to contribute to a high-performing team. You will be working in a hybrid capacity, balancing independent tasks with collaborative efforts to ensure our clients receive the best possible support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client inquiries across multiple channels, including live chat, email, and telephone.
- Conduct detailed analysis of our clientele and implement necessary actions to improve their experience.
- Actively promote our products and services while maintaining strong, positive relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
Requirements
- A degree in a business-related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and strong proficiency in English, both written and oral.
- Proven ability to multitask and maintain high levels of organization.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy.
- A valid work permit.
- Experience in client handling within the financial services sector is considered a significant advantage.
Location
This position is based in Cyprus.
