What you bring
As a Senior Customer Experience Officer working in a full-time capacity, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients. Based in Cyprus, this hybrid role requires a proactive approach to managing relationships and driving satisfaction. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Managing client inquiries across multiple channels, including live chat, email, and telephone.
- Conducting personal clientele analysis to identify needs and taking appropriate actions to resolve issues.
- Promoting our products and services while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should possess a degree in a business-related field and demonstrate strong computer literacy. We are looking for someone who is a fluent Arabic speaker with excellent oral and written proficiency in English. You should have a natural ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate effectively with others. Previous experience handling clients within the financial services sector is considered a significant advantage. Please note that a valid work permit is required for this role.
