Role at a glance
We are looking for a Customer Experience Intern to join our product team. This is a hybrid internship opportunity based in France, designed for a student who is ready to dive into a fast-paced environment. You will work approximately 40 hours per week as you gain hands-on experience in a high-growth tech company.
Your impact
- Act as the voice of the user by managing support inquiries and ensuring our community feels heard and valued.
- Conduct meaningful user research to gather feedback that directly influences our product development and roadmap.
- Contribute to our CRM and engagement strategies, including verifying performance achievements like Team of the Week and Player Rankings.
What you'll need
- Full professional fluency in both English and French.
- A deep understanding of the youth football culture in at least one of our key markets, such as France, England, or Germany.
- An ambitious, entrepreneurial spirit with a natural ability to solve problems and share new ideas.
- A reliable and dedicated approach to your work, balancing high performance with humility.
