Role at a glance
We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our dedicated Canine Care team. This is a full-time, junior-level position that is remote, though candidates must reside in the Nashville, TN or Salt Lake City, UT areas. You will report directly to our Customer Experience Shift Manager as you help us ensure every dog and pet parent has an exceptional experience from box to bowl.
Your impact
- Act as the voice of the Ollie brand while building long-term, meaningful relationships with our customers and their pups.
- Manage interactions across multiple channels, including phone and email, while maintaining accurate records in our order management system.
- Take the lead on projects and initiatives designed to improve our service standards and elevate the overall Ollie experience.
What you'll need
We are looking for a teammate who genuinely loves dogs and approaches every interaction with empathy. You should be a natural problem solver who stays calm under pressure and enjoys finding creative solutions to unique challenges. Strong communication skills in English are essential, as you will be translating complex information into clear, helpful answers for our customers. While not required, we value candidates who have experience in customer-centric roles, familiarity with platforms like Gladly, or a background in the pet or health food industries.
