Customer Experience Assistant - Accounting Focus at BHub

We are BHub, the first subscription-based management startup in Brazil, and we are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Assistant to join our team. Our mission is to act as the right hand for entrepreneurs by handling their financial, accounting, and legal backoffice needs, allowing them to focus entirely on growing their businesses. What you'll be doing

• Act as a primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that all inquiries are handled with efficiency and care, while escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain high standards of organization by managing ticket classifications and ensuring all client responses are delivered within established deadlines.
• Collaborate across different departments to ensure that solutions are delivered promptly, while proactively identifying and reporting any issues that might impact the overall client experience.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should be a student currently enrolled in or having completed at least the second year of an Accounting degree. We value your ability to manage high volumes of work with a sense of urgency and a critical, ownership-oriented mindset. You should be comfortable using Google Workspace tools and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese.

It would be a bonus if you have:

• Previous experience in customer support, specifically within accounting firms.
• Familiarity with support platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Movidesk.
• Knowledge of tax calculations for the Simples Nacional regime.
• A solid understanding of general accounting and fiscal routines.
