Responsibilities
- Manage post-installation communications by triaging inbound calls, chats, and emails to ensure quick, effective resolutions.
- Review and respond to customer emails promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Act as a key liaison between our customers and internal support teams.
- Maintain accurate records by entering data and uploading documents into our systems.
- Approach every interaction with colleagues and customers with empathy, courtesy, and a commitment to excellence.
Must-haves
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, such as a call center, customer care, or help desk environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience using CRM systems or other customer tracking software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite products.
- A strong ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- A proven track record of success in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- A customer-centric mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to show empathy and de-escalate difficult situations.
