The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Customer Engineer to join our product team. This is a vital, customer-facing role where you will bridge the gap between our clients and our internal engineering and solutions teams. You will own the technical implementation process, ensuring our software is configured to meet the specific needs of our biopharma partners. If you enjoy solving complex data challenges and want to see your work directly impact patient care, this is the perfect place for you.
A day in the life
- You will partner with technical stakeholders at our client organizations to define data requirements, validate system integrations, and translate business logic into functional workflows within our platform.
- You will lead technical discussions regarding API integrations and security configurations, such as SSO, while providing ongoing product support and troubleshooting.
- You will analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, proposing meaningful product improvements that you will help test and roll out alongside our engineering team.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least four years of experience in customer engineering or data analysis. You possess a strong technical foundation and a passion for solving problems. Our ideal candidate brings the following:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
- High proficiency in SQL with at least two years of hands-on experience working with relational databases.
- Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate user issues into product enhancements.
- A proactive mindset with a talent for root cause analysis and independent problem solving.
- Bonus points if you have experience with JavaScript or have worked previously with healthcare data.
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
