Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to our high-value customers by troubleshooting complex configurations, debugging code, and resolving integration challenges.
- Act as a subject matter expert who collaborates with engineering and DevOps teams to diagnose issues, improve product functionality, and represent the customer voice.
- Contribute to our collective knowledge base by authoring technical documentation, sharing best practices, and participating in a rotational on-call schedule to ensure system health.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role supporting enterprise SaaS products, specifically with cloud or on-premise MDM solutions.
- Strong technical proficiency in REST APIs, integration tools, and hands-on programming with languages like Python or Java.
- Proven expertise in data management, object-oriented design, and working with public cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with web UI development and a solid understanding of data structures and distributed systems.
