We provide a unified solution that combines verified contact data for over 270 million B2B contacts with powerful tools for outreach and engagement, and we are currently seeking a senior Customer Education Manager to join our rapidly growing, remote-first team.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep, expert-level understanding of the entire Apollo platform across all product lines and use cases.
- Produce engaging, concise instructional videos for the Apollo Academy and directly within our product.
- Lead daily live training webinars to onboard new users and ensure they get the most value from our tools.
- Build comprehensive certification tracks for our users, partners, and internal team members.
- Conduct interviews with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and share effective sales strategies and winning tactics.
Must-haves
- At least 5 to 7 years of professional experience in sales development, software sales, or sales management, including a minimum of 3 years in closing roles.
- A strong portfolio of video training or educational content that highlights your ability to engage an audience on camera.
- Advanced proficiency with sales automation, sales engagement, and sales intelligence software.
- Exceptional skills in extemporaneous speaking, allowing you to create compelling content without relying on heavy scripting.
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively, meet strict deadlines, and collaborate across diverse teams.
- A track record of delivering measurable results and the ability to track the impact of your educational initiatives.
- Fluency in English.
