Role at a glance

We are seeking a Customer Champion to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a mid-level position for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and helping our users navigate our platform. Please note that this role requires you to reside in Mexico and be fluent in Spanish.

Your impact

• Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive warm, effective support that maintains our high customer satisfaction standards.
• Manage loan disbursements and evaluate requests through critical analysis of documentation while maintaining strict accuracy.
• Collaborate directly with our data and engineering departments to share user insights and drive product improvements.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a role involving direct customer interaction.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with CRMs and support tools, plus a familiarity with Jira and Miro.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, along with a conversational level of English (B1 or higher).
• A self-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible startup environment.
