Key outcomes

• Create hands-on programming courses that utilize our Python learning environment to teach essential computer science concepts.
• Develop innovative, puzzle-driven learning games that illustrate foundational principles in computational thinking, data structures, and algorithms.
• Break down intricate topics, such as dynamic programming, recursion, and backtracking, into intuitive and well-sequenced steps that encourage learners to think from first principles.
• Produce clear and creative content that leverages interactivity to foster learner confidence and mastery.
• Work alongside our product, engineering, and design teams to conceptualize and build new interactive mechanics and visual features that enhance the learning experience across mobile and desktop platforms.

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree or higher in a STEM field, supported by a deep understanding of the subject matter gained through teaching or research.
• Extensive experience using AI agents for coding, along with a clear perspective on which concepts are most vital to teach in an era of agentic coding.
• A proven ability to simplify and teach complex subjects through a progressive series of hands-on exercises.
• Experience designing interactive content that motivates and challenges learners in asynchronous environments.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English, with a talent for explaining difficult ideas clearly.
• The ability to manage a high workload, prioritize effectively, and switch contexts as needed.
• A flexible mindset, an eagerness to experiment with new platforms, and a proactive approach to tackling any project requirements.
