What you bring
As a full-time member of our team working remotely from anywhere, you will lead product initiatives that bridge the gap between complex technology and user needs. You will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of your product area while ensuring we meet our ambitious goals. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Owning the full product lifecycle, from crafting the initial vision and strategy to overseeing final execution.
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators to measure the success of both new and existing product features.
- Leading cross-functional collaboration to secure buy-in and prioritize a multi-year product narrative that aligns with our broader objectives.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who brings at least 5 years of professional product management experience, including 2 years specifically within the crypto industry. You should have a deep understanding of segments like DeFi, NFTs, or RWAs and the ability to influence strategic discussions regarding onchain topics. We value individuals who are user-focused, possess an entrepreneurial mindset, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate a genuine passion for financial markets and our company mission. While not required, experience with smart contract engineering, existing networks within crypto communities, and work with developers or creators is considered a significant plus.
