What you bring

As our Cross Platform UI Lead, you will step into a vital leadership role where you balance technical expertise with people management. You will work in a full-time, remote capacity from anywhere in the world, guiding our team through the entire software development lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing a talented group of frontend and Flutter developers to ensure high-quality output.
• Architecting and defining our frontend framework to solve complex design challenges and interactions.
• Mentoring team members and overseeing the recruitment process to help our technical department grow.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field and possesses proven experience leading UI teams in a SaaS environment. You should be a strong communicator in English with a deep understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design. Your technical toolkit should include hands-on proficiency with TypeScript, Bootstrap, HTML5, SCSS, and Flutter. Furthermore, you should be comfortable integrating with RESTful APIs and GraphQL and have a solid grasp of GitLab workflows, including CI/CD pipelines. We value leaders who are analytical, collaborative, and willing to jump into the code for debugging or prototyping when necessary.
