Position Description:
Wade Trim wins a lot of work through a competitive proposal process. Quickly moving proposal requests through our review, approval, and development process is key to providing teams with enough time to prepare quality proposals. We are looking for an individual to oversee the review and approval process for our quick-fire proposals and perform data entry in our CRM.
This position will be part of Wade Trim’s team of 20+ marketing professionals that support business development for four client market segments – Water, Community Design, Industrial/Commercial/Energy, and Transportation. The individual will direct proposal requests down an administrative or marketing path and facilitate approvals and manage CRM data entry for the administrative path. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and excel working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
