We are looking for a Senior CRM Project Manager to join our team in France on a full-time, on-site basis. You will play a pivotal role in our retail-focused initiatives, where you will oversee the entire lifecycle of CRM projects, from initial audits and functional analysis to the final deployment and change management strategies.
Key outcomes
- Develop comprehensive project specifications that align business requirements with functional needs.
- Coordinate the necessary human, technical, and financial resources to ensure project success.
- Oversee the development phases and conduct thorough tool validation and testing.
- Support end-users by creating documentation and leading training sessions to ensure smooth adoption.
- Manage the transition to production and provide ongoing project oversight.
- Lead the project management office team and facilitate regular project committee meetings.
- Maintain strong client relationships while identifying and reporting on new commercial opportunities.
- Maintain consistent project reporting to keep stakeholders informed.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Project Management, specifically within the CRM and Retail sectors.
- Proven ability to lead Change Management initiatives and complex implementations.
- Strong proficiency in Reporting and analytical tasks.
- Professional fluency in French.
- A structured approach to managing project lifecycles and client expectations.
