What you bring
We are seeking a Senior CRM Manager to join us on a fixed-term contract for 6 to 9 months to cover a maternity leave. Based in our Holborn office with a hybrid schedule of 2 to 3 days per week, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer engagement across web and mobile platforms. Your work will directly impact our growth and our ability to support our charity partners.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with our business goals and enhances user retention.
- Manage and optimize CRM tools and systems to drive personalized marketing campaigns and improve customer segmentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing and offer strategies that boost conversion and revenue.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role brings over 8 years of experience in CRM management, specifically within web and mobile environments. You should have a deep, hands-on understanding of platforms such as Braze, OneSignal, Klaviyo, DynamicYield, or Insider. We are looking for someone with strong analytical capabilities who can turn complex data into actionable insights for our stakeholders. You must be a strategic thinker who is comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and possesses the leadership experience necessary to guide team efforts. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, as is a genuine passion for our mission of social impact.
