The role
We are seeking a Senior CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Global Growth Marketing Team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in France, where you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and retention across the European market. You will report directly to our Senior Director of Global Growth and work closely with our data and technical teams to build, refine, and execute sophisticated marketing strategies.
Core responsibilities
- Analyze behavioral data and user insights to define lifecycle marketing strategies and key performance indicators for specific customer segments.
- Design and implement effective automated workflows, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging, while collaborating with creative teams to build high-impact templates.
- Manage and optimize the customer journey by leveraging our marketing automation platforms to increase conversion rates and foster long-term customer loyalty.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in data-driven marketing and a collaborative mindset. We require the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing automation, specifically within the B2C tech sector.
- Proficiency with multichannel marketing automation tools like Braze, as well as analytical platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Adjust.
- Fluency in both English and French, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A proven ability to dissect complex challenges and translate them into actionable, measurable marketing experiments.
