What you bring
We are seeking a Senior CRM Development Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. You will play a critical role in our development lifecycle, focusing on the entire enterprise platform from initial customer acquisition to final service delivery. Your work will involve leveraging your expertise in Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, Ant, and Web Services to build scalable, world-class solutions.
- Analyze complex business requirements to design, implement, and enhance robust CRM applications.
- Collaborate within an autonomous scrum team to develop, test, and deploy high-performance software.
- Provide technical leadership by conducting code reviews, documenting architectures, and mentoring junior engineers.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled technology analyst with at least seven years of experience in CRM technical implementations, including a minimum of five years in development and two years specifically in Salesforce configuration and Apex development. You must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent training, alongside required Salesforce Developer and Administrator certifications. We are looking for someone who possesses strong analytical problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating the leadership necessary to guide cross-functional projects from conception to release.
What we offer
We provide a competitive base salary for this position, ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 USD.
