What you bring

We are seeking a Mid-Level CRM Developer to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This role is perfect for a developer who wants to blend technical precision with creative strategy to enhance our communication efforts. You will be based anywhere, working as part of our global engineering team to build impactful solutions. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with clients to translate their CRM requirements into clear technical specifications for emails, push notifications, and in-app messages.
• Executing code changes, enhancements, and bug fixes within the Braze platform to ensure seamless system functionality.
• Designing, developing, and deploying dynamic campaigns that maximize audience engagement while adhering to accessibility and regulatory standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in CRM or frontend development. You must be highly proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and have a strong grasp of templating languages like Liquid. We need someone who is comfortable working with JSON data models and RESTful APIs to create responsive, mobile-first designs. You should have a solid understanding of programming fundamentals and be comfortable using Git for version control. Because we work with clients globally, you must have English proficiency at a C1 level. We value candidates who can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and who have a collaborative mindset. While not required, experience in an agency setting or certifications in Braze or Salesforce are considered a significant advantage.
