The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior CRM Developer to take ownership of our custom SuiteCRM implementation. As our primary expert on this platform, you will ensure that our systems remain stable, scalable, and perfectly aligned with our evolving business needs. You will be a vital part of our technical team, directly influencing the performance and user experience of the platform that powers our daily operations.

A day in the life

• You will maintain and enhance our SuiteCRM environment using PHP and JavaScript while contributing to re-architecting efforts that improve overall system performance.
• You will troubleshoot our AWS infrastructure, specifically optimizing the MySQL databases that support our CRM, while embracing Docker and GitLab CI for seamless deployments.
• You will collaborate with your teammates to document core functionalities and build a comprehensive suite of regression, unit, and integration tests to ensure our code remains clean and reliable.

Who you are

You are a seasoned developer with a strong background in Software Engineering and a deep understanding of CRM systems. You communicate clearly, work well within a collaborative team, and approach complex problems with a humble, analytical mindset. Your technical toolkit includes:

• Proven expertise in PHP, JavaScript, and SuiteCRM.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services like ECS, RDS, S3, and Elasticache.
• A strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerization.
• Experience integrating systems via APIs, such as connecting our platform with tools like SendGrid, Meetup, and AppFolio.
• A commitment to writing maintainable, testable code using unit testing and integration testing practices.
