The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior CRM Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will become the primary owner of our custom SuiteCRM implementation. You will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing our platform to ensure it remains stable and scalable as our business grows. By working closely with our existing systems, you will directly influence the user experience for our staff and the efficiency of our internal operations.

A day in the life

• You will manage and improve our SuiteCRM 7.14.4 environment, which is built on PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL, while also focusing on re-architecting our infrastructure for better performance.
• You will take the lead on troubleshooting and optimizing our AWS infrastructure, specifically focusing on the MySQL databases that support our CRM operations.
• You will collaborate with our engineering team to document core functionalities, implement robust regression testing, and maintain our CI/CD workflows using GitLab CI and Docker.

Who you are

You are a seasoned developer who feels right at home working with PHP and JavaScript. You have a deep understanding of CRM frameworks, specifically SuiteCRM, and you know how to build clean, testable code that stands the test of time. You are comfortable navigating AWS services like ECS, RDS, and S3, and you have a strong grasp of API integrations with platforms like SendGrid and AppFolio. You communicate clearly, work well within a team, and have a proactive mindset when it comes to solving complex technical challenges in English.
