Massive Rocket is looking for a CRM Developer
Massive Rocket is a rapidly growing agency specializing in Braze and Snowflake, dedicated to bridging the gap between digital marketing teams and engineering units. Over the past five years, we have scaled our operations to deliver human-centric experiences through advanced cloud, data, and AI technologies, and we are now looking for a CRM Developer to join our remote team and help us reach our goal of $100M in revenue.
Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into technical specifications for emails, push notifications, and in-app messages.
- Execute code enhancements and bug fixes within the Braze platform to improve system functionality.
- Develop and implement creative CRM solutions that support long-term brand growth.
- Apply industry best practices to ensure all communications meet accessibility standards and regulatory requirements.
- Design and deploy dynamic campaigns to maximize audience engagement.
- Perform thorough quality assurance testing to ensure campaign reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues to maintain optimal delivery rates.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to refine workflows and improve overall efficiency.
Must-haves
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM or frontend development.
- Solid grasp of programming fundamentals, including loops, conditionals, and variable management.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for creating dynamic content.
- Experience with templating languages such as Liquid, Handlebars.js, or Mustache.
- Ability to work with JSON data models and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development principles.
- Familiarity with Git for version control.
- Professional proficiency in English at a C1 level.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in an agency setting or working directly with external clients.
- Hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
- Relevant certifications in Braze or Salesforce.
- Graphic design skills.
