The role

We are seeking a Senior CRM Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This position is central to our growth, as you will serve as the primary owner of Touchpoint, our internal marketing automation platform. You will act as the bridge between our Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams, translating complex business needs into scalable CRM solutions that drive customer engagement through email and SMS.

Core responsibilities

• Take full ownership of our in-house marketing automation platform, gathering functional requirements from cross-functional stakeholders to evolve our CRM capabilities.
• Design and optimize lifecycle messaging and experimentation workflows, using A/B testing to improve retention while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Manage the CRM roadmap by translating business objectives into actionable backlog items, coordinating with external messaging vendors, and leading cross-functional delivery efforts.

Skills and experience

• At least 3 years of experience in business systems analysis or product management, with a proven track record of gathering end-to-end requirements.
• Practical experience working with CRM or marketing automation tools, specifically in designing email and SMS communication workflows.
• Strong proficiency in segmentation, lifecycle messaging strategies, and experimentation concepts.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Technical familiarity with data analysis, including SQL and Power BI, is highly valued.
• A collaborative approach to working with diverse teams including Engineering, UX, and Marketing.
