The opportunity
We are looking for a skilled CRM Assistant Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in Saudi Arabia. In this senior-level position, you will take charge of our CRM activities to ensure we meet our departmental mandates. You will identify key improvement opportunities that contribute to our strategic objectives, all while working within our established budgets, policies, and KPIs. You will serve as a subject matter expert, helping our business units navigate complex challenges and mentoring your colleagues to ensure our technical solutions remain top-tier.
A day in the life
- You will lead business process analysis, create Fit/Gap reports, and develop technical designs for system customizations.
- You will handle hands-on development, including building custom code for CRM plugins, workflows, and JavaScript web resources, as well as managing SQL integration and reporting services.
- You will oversee data migration from external systems, conduct thorough solution testing, and provide training to both administrators and end-users to ensure high-quality system adoption.
Who you are
To succeed in this role, you should be a technical professional who can bridge the gap between complex systems and business needs. You are comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and have a strong grasp of data compliance and reporting.
Our ideal candidate brings the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of comprehensive experience working with MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- A Dynamics CRM certification is highly preferred.
- Technical expertise in SQL, Data Migration, Quality Assurance, and Technical Design.
