We are looking for a Senior CRM Application Architect to join our team on a contractor basis. This is an on-site position based in the United States. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our call center strategy by defining our CRM technology roadmap, selecting the right products, and identifying implementation partners to drive our technical success.
Responsibilities
- Create and advocate for enterprise-level architecture standards and patterns to ensure our CRM strategy is implemented effectively.
- Evaluate complex business and technical challenges, then design solutions that meet project requirements while staying within budget and timeline constraints.
- Mentor our technical teams by reviewing code and design approaches, which helps improve overall code quality, maintainability, and the consistent use of common enterprise patterns.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in Enterprise Architecture and CRM technology. We are looking for someone who excels in the following areas:
- Extensive experience in technical documentation, including the ability to author and review high-quality architecture and design specifications.
- A proven track record of performing code reviews and providing constructive feedback to development teams.
- Strong leadership skills, specifically in mentoring technical staff across various architecture styles and technology stacks.
- The ability to collaborate with business analysts to develop detailed scoring matrices for vendor selection and project requirements.
