The role

We are searching for a Senior Credentialing Specialist to join our Human Resources department on a full-time, remote basis. This is a vital role for someone with extensive experience who wants to make a tangible impact on our staffing operations. You will support our growing team by managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring that our medical staff is fully prepared to provide excellent care.

Core responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of new hires by collecting necessary documentation, entering data into our systems, and coordinating the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date licensure records and professional information for our healthcare facilities.
• Oversee the procurement of essential equipment for our staff members to ensure they have the tools required for success.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in healthcare administration and a commitment to precision. We require the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in US Healthcare credentialing.
• At least 5 years of experience working in a BPO environment as a Customer Service Representative.
• A completed 4-year college degree.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, as you will frequently interact with doctors and healthcare administrators.
• A highly detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a monthly salary package ranging from P25,000.00 to P31,500.00. In addition to your salary, you will receive the following perks:
