We are looking for a creative, driven student to join our team and help us simplify complex financial systems through powerful design.

Role at a glance

We are looking for a Creatives Intern to join our team on a hybrid basis in the Philippines. This is an ideal position for a student who is eager to grow their design skills while contributing to a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.

Your impact

Take ownership of the visual elements that define the PayMongo brand by working directly with our creative team.
Partner with our Growth, Marketing, and Product departments to develop engaging visuals, tutorials, and event content that showcase our service offerings.
Help craft a creative strategy that reflects our rapid expansion and builds a compelling presence across our digital channels.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a fast learner with a sharp eye for design and a passion for the arts. We value candidates who can thrive in an agile setting and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Keynote, and InDesign.
The ability to craft engaging stories through a mix of text, imagery, and video.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn new technologies and design techniques.
Bonus points if you are skilled in Figma and MacOS, or if you have a portfolio that highlights clean, elegant work for tech-focused brands.
Fluency in English.
