Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Creative Supervisor to join our high-performing video production team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, requiring you to work onsite with our client at least two days per week, with the flexibility to be present up to five days as needed for shoots and presentations. You will be the creative engine behind compelling B2B content for a Fortune 50 brand, blending technical mastery with strategic vision.
Your impact
- Lead the end-to-end creative process for dynamic video projects, from initial concept and storyboard design to final delivery.
- Serve as a strategic partner to our client’s video lead, translating complex marketing goals into innovative visual content like executive interviews, product showcases, and social campaigns.
- Oversee project management workflows, including resource scheduling, brand and legal reviews, and ensuring all deliverables meet our high standards for quality and impact.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience in digital media production and a proven track record of working directly with executive-level clients. We are looking for someone who is highly collaborative, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Advanced skills in Project Management to maintain schedules, version control, and stakeholder communication.
- A bachelor’s degree in digital media, video production, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
