The opportunity
We are looking for a senior Creative Strategist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our paid marketing creative efforts. You will work hand-in-hand with our marketing experts to translate complex data into compelling narratives that perform across a variety of digital channels. By bridging the gap between creative design and performance metrics, you will ensure that our brand remains at the forefront of the industry while delivering best-in-class advertising experiences.
A day in the life
- You will design and oversee creative strategies for paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and CTV, ensuring every asset is optimized for impact.
- You will act as a central hub for collaboration, working with our Brand, Design, and Product Marketing teams to manage creative projects from the initial concept to the final launch.
- You will dive deep into campaign performance data and analytics to uncover actionable insights, using those findings to refine our creative approach and improve overall return on investment.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least five years of experience in creative strategy, ideally within the SaaS space. You have a sharp eye for detail and a mind for data, and you are comfortable navigating the intersection of storytelling and performance marketing. Your background includes:
- A deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and how to craft narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Proven technical proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and various Digital Asset Management systems.
- A data-driven mindset that thrives on A/B testing and using performance metrics to guide creative evolution.
- Fluency in English and the ability to foster strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
