We are Heart & Soil, a company dedicated to redefining premium nutrition through our high-quality, desiccated organ supplements sourced from regenerative farms. We are looking for an innovative Creative Strategist to join our Paid Social team in the United States, where you will lead our creative efforts to drive performance marketing and help us bring radical health to our growing community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact performance marketing concepts to drive customer acquisition and product sales across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and X.
- Act as the creative lead for our performance marketing initiatives, blending analytical insights with artistic vision.
- Build and manage a comprehensive database of creative angles and messaging, categorized by SKU and backed by performance data.
- Partner with our Senior Media Buyer to identify growth opportunities and optimize our advertising spend.
- Collaborate with our design and video teams to test, iterate, and scale creative assets.
- Draft detailed creative briefs, including copy direction and landing page wireframes, while coordinating with creators and editors.
- Manage production schedules and lead cross-functional projects to ensure all campaigns are executed on time.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to keep our marketing efforts effective and relevant.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of experience in a strategic creative role, ideally within the paid media space.
- Proven success in producing content for paid media campaigns, specifically for consumer goods.
- Strong expertise in developing effective creative briefs and working alongside production teams.
- Deep knowledge of audience research, targeting, and product messaging.
- Exceptional conceptual thinking and communication skills.
- High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English.
