We’re Menopause Care, part of the MANUAL family, and we’re on a mission to raise the standard of menopause support for women everywhere. Our personalised approach combines expert information, compassion, and practical solutions so women can feel informed and cared for during this stage of life. We’re now looking for a Creative Strategist to shape how we tell our story across social channels and help more women discover the care they deserve.
What is this role?
This is a full-time, senior-level Creative Strategist position based in the United Kingdom on a hybrid schedule. You will lead content direction for our social advertising and other brand touchpoints, working at the intersection of storytelling and performance marketing to grow awareness and engagement.
What will you do?
- Partner with our performance marketing and production teams to develop and execute strategic content plans that turn audience insights into campaigns designed to meet clear conversion goals.
- Guide the creation of ad copy, visuals, and video concepts, ensuring every piece reflects our brand voice while speaking directly to the women we serve.
- Build and run A/B testing frameworks, review performance data, and continually refine messaging, creative formats, and channel tactics to improve reach and results.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring proven experience as a content strategist with hands-on work creating Meta ads or campaigns on other major social platforms. You combine strong copywriting skills with an analytical mindset, using performance data to shape creative decisions. You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and enjoy collaborating with marketing, design, and production colleagues. Familiarity with health and wellness topics is a plus, and you are fluent in English.
What's in it for you?
We offer a salary of £65,000. In addition, you will receive stock options, hybrid working arrangements, a £400 annual learning budget, wellness and gym benefits, an annual company retreat, 25 days of paid time off, generous parental leave and flexible working policies, plus private medical insurance.
