ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Creative Recruiter is responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring the best talent. The ideal candidate will have an eye for great talent and an understanding of how to hire. They will be able to handle full-cycle recruitment from beginning to end, from interns to supervisors. They will be able to identify new, innovative recruiting and social platforms to attract emerging talent in the industry through DE&I partners at a local and national level with oversight from the Director of Talent& Culture.

This person will ensure the space is inclusive, respectful, and caring of folks from all backgrounds. Additionally, they will lead community-building efforts both within and without the agency.

Recruitment

Handles full-cycle recruitment from sourcing, scheduling, interviewing to offer stage

Builds and establishes hiring manager partnerships

Manages all professional reference checks during offer stage

Manages ATS platform Lever

Assists Hiring Managers with drafting job descriptions

Talent Experience

Leads community program for new hire meet + greets

Assist with planning on all company-wide events

Partners with Director of Talent & Culture on new hire experience

Schedules check-ins with members from all departments, seeking ways to improve interdepartmental connectivity

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Embed DE&I commitments within our internal process and our day-to-day operations

Active driver of best recruitment practices that make a true difference.

Active member of the DE&I collective, the Braver Together Culture Team aka “BTCT”

Assist employee management of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Participate with industry organizations to stay up-to-date on news,, industry trade events, and opportunities to promote D&G

Qualifications

1-3 years of talent acquisition experience; strong preference for candidates with creative ad agencies experience.

Big picture, strategic thinking skills with an ability to assess and anticipate staffing needs.

A strong sense of urgency, a high degree of initiative, and the ability to lead.

A collaborative work style and drive to work with hiring managers to find the best talent for their teams.
