David&Goliath is a creative agency built on the philosophy of being brave, inspiring brands to overcome their biggest challenges and create a lasting impact. We are looking for a Creative Recruiter to join our team in Los Angeles, California, to help us find and attract the exceptional talent that drives our purpose forward.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and assist them in drafting effective job descriptions.
- Oversee the use of our ATS platform, Lever, and handle professional reference checks.
- Foster a welcoming environment by leading new hire meet and greets and coordinating company-wide events.
- Partner with our Director of Talent & Culture to improve interdepartmental connectivity and the overall new hire experience.
- Integrate DE&I commitments into our daily operations and recruitment practices.
- Support our Employee Resource Groups and represent the agency at industry events to promote our culture.
Must-haves
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to anticipate future staffing needs.
- A proactive, high-initiative approach with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
- Fluency in English.
- A submitted video link of one minute or less that demonstrates why you are brave.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience working within a creative advertising agency.
Benefits
The base salary for this role is $70,000 USD.
