At Jenni Kayne, we believe that everyday life should be intentional and elevated. As a California-based lifestyle brand, we pour our passion into everything from our curated style ethos to our beautiful interiors. Our team spans the country, and we are deeply committed to fostering a workplace where diverse voices and unique perspectives shape the way we grow. We invite you to join a community that values creativity, collaboration, and a shared vision for a more inviting world.
The opportunity
We are looking for a Creative Producer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. Reporting directly to the Director of Creative Production, you will serve as the heartbeat of our production operations. This role is perfect for someone who balances a sharp analytical mind with a vivid imagination. You will act as the primary point of contact for our photography and video shoots, ensuring that every detail is managed from pre-production through to the final wrap. By bridging the gap between our creative vision and the logistical realities of the job, you will help us maintain the high standards that define our brands.
A day in the life
- You will oversee the end-to-end production timelines for Jenni Kayne, Jenni Kayne Home, and Oak Essentials, providing regular status updates to leadership.
- You will coordinate the essential elements of our shoots, which includes everything from scouting locations and booking talent to managing equipment rentals and travel arrangements.
- You will act as a bridge between our cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Buying, and Design, to ensure that competing priorities are handled with grace and efficiency.
Who you are
You are a detail-oriented professional with at least three years of experience managing diverse production budgets and styles. You feel right at home in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and possess the flexibility to adapt when plans change. Your toolkit includes proficiency with Adobe Suite, Asana, Bynder, Coupa, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint. You communicate with honesty and clarity, and you are always ready to roll up your sleeves, whether that means managing a complex shot list or helping out on set. Because this role involves physical production work, you should be comfortable standing for long periods and lifting objects weighing 20 pounds or more. A genuine interest in fashion, interior design, or wellness will help you thrive as you contribute to our mission.
Why you'll love it here
We offer a competitive annual base salary range of $75,000 to $95,000, which is determined based on your unique experience, education, and skills. Beyond the numbers, you will be joining a company that celebrates diversity and inclusion at every level. You will have the chance to work in a collaborative environment where your organizational talents directly influence the visual storytelling of our brands.
