Creative Producer, Post & Automation at Sofatutor

At sofatutor, we operate a digital learning platform that supports nearly 2 million students, parents, teachers, and children. We are looking for a Creative Producer, Post & Automation to join our team and take full ownership of our post-production processes and infrastructure. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative excellence and technical efficiency by managing our production workflows, overseeing our network of freelancers, and building automated systems that allow us to scale effectively. You will work remotely from anywhere within Germany on a full-time basis.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise video editing by setting high quality standards, creating reference cuts for freelancers, and providing constructive feedback to ensure consistent output.
• Manage project architecture by implementing a robust board system to track production status, responsibilities, and timelines across all our features and products.
• Drive automation and AI integration by developing new tools and agentic systems that handle repetitive tasks, giving you access to top-tier AI models to streamline our production pipeline.

What you'll bring

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in video editing and a passion for building systems rather than just operating them. You should be comfortable working independently and possess a proactive mindset for solving problems.

• Strong technical proficiency in Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, specifically regarding shared projects, proxy workflows, and template-based delivery.
• Proven experience in project management, including setting up production processes in tools like Monday, ClickUp, or Asana.
• Practical knowledge of automation and scripting, or experience with agentic tools like Claude Code or Codex.
• Fluent, professional-level skills in both German and English.
• A background in managing production assets, backups, and team archives.
