Ready to shape the creative direction of mobile games that millions of players enjoy every day? At Whatwapp we build engaging titles that put players first, and we are looking for a Creative Marketing Lead to help us grow our audience through standout campaigns and store experiences.

What you bring

We need a Creative Marketing Lead who will guide our user-acquisition efforts on a full-time hybrid basis. You will develop 2D animated videos and static assets, manage the creative pipeline, run performance tests, and keep our brand consistent across the Apple App Store and Google Play. The role is open to candidates located anywhere, with four consecutive office days each month in Milan and travel support provided.

Lead the creation of UA creative strategies that connect with our target players and deliver measurable growth.
Oversee multiple creative projects from concept through delivery, ensuring quality and on-time completion.
Analyze asset performance, run A/B tests, and share data-driven insights that improve results across campaigns.

Requirements

You bring senior-level experience leading creative work or teams in the mobile-gaming space, along with expert command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator. You understand mobile KPIs, communicate ideas clearly to different stakeholders, and maintain a strong sense of ownership while optimizing workflows. A portfolio that highlights 2D artwork, UA videos, and promotional assets is essential. English and Italian are required. We value curiosity, critical thinking, and a genuine passion for games and emerging creative tools.
