About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Lead, Paid Social to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a senior-level role for a performance marketer who lives and breathes paid social. You will be responsible for taking our creative strategy to the next level as we aim to triple our user base over the next year. You will act as both a creative visionary and a data-driven strategist, constantly testing new hypotheses to ensure our ads captivate audiences and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, produce, and test high-converting ad creatives across platforms like Meta, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Reddit.
- Lead the end-to-end creative process, from initial concept development to final evaluation and optimization.
- Analyze performance metrics, such as CPM and CPA, to conduct A/B testing and refine campaigns based on actionable data insights.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in paid social performance marketing, whether in B2B SaaS or D2C environments.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in ad creative development, specifically focused on designing and testing high-performing assets.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics with the ability to translate complex datasets into successful creative experiments.
- A degree in a STEM field is considered a plus.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $105,000 to $135,000 USD, plus equity. In addition to compensation, we offer the following perks:
