As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Creative Director to join our marketing team and take ownership of our brand's visual identity. You will have the chance to work alongside some of the most accomplished professionals in the Salesforce ecosystem while helping us shape the future of data security.
What you'll be doing
- Translate our core business and marketing objectives into multi-channel creative assets that drive real value and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Lead the end-to-end production process for campaigns, digital advertising, web experiences, and events, ensuring that every project is delivered on time and within budget.
- Act as a brand steward by collaborating with marketing, product design, and executive teams to ensure our brand personality is reflected clearly and consistently across all platforms.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this executive role, you should possess a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution skills. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in creative direction and design.
- Professional fluency in both English and French.
- Strong proficiency in design tools including the Adobe Suite, Figma, and Webflow.
- The ability to manage external creative resources and handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- A deep passion for visual storytelling and a proven track record of aligning creative output with business goals.
