Our mission is to become the most trusted digital insurance agent in the industry. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a visionary Creative Director to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. We are a female-led organization backed by 130 million dollars in funding, and we pride ourselves on a leadership team with deep expertise from industry giants like Kayak, Amazon, and Microsoft.

Key outcomes
- Define and evolve our brand identity, ensuring our voice and visual presence remain distinctive and memorable.
- Maintain visual consistency across every customer touchpoint, including our website, mobile applications, social media, email campaigns, and offline channels.
- Partner closely with our product and user experience teams to craft seamless, high-impact journeys for our users.
- Direct the end-to-end production of marketing assets, ranging from television advertisements to digital brand guidelines.
- Utilize performance data and user feedback to refine our creative strategy, ensuring our designs directly contribute to business growth.
- Manage the creative lifecycle by reviewing briefs, storyboards, prototypes, and final concepts.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to our internal design team and external agency partners.
- Foster a culture of innovation where collaboration across marketing, product, and retention teams is the standard.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in creative direction, brand development, and user experience design for consumer-facing products.
- A robust portfolio that highlights successful campaigns, cohesive brand identities, and user-centric design work.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics and usability research into actionable creative improvements.
- Proven leadership skills in managing and developing creative or UX-focused teams.
- Strong creative foundations in areas such as design, writing, motion graphics, photography, or film.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience managing multiple consumer-facing brands.
- A background that includes both agency and in-house brand experience.
