Creative Director at Ondo Finance

At Ondo Finance, we are bridging the gap between traditional finance and the blockchain. As the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, we lead the industry in assets under management while incubating the next generation of decentralized finance protocols. Founded by veterans from the Goldman Sachs Digital Assets team and backed by heavyweights like Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, and Pantera Capital, we are scaling rapidly. We are looking for a visionary Creative Director to help us define our visual identity and communicate our mission to the world.

Role at a glance

This is a full-time, senior-level position that operates on a fully remote basis. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can guide our design strategy while actively contributing to our creative output. You will be joining a nimble, high-impact team, and we require a daily overlap of at least five hours with Eastern Standard Time to ensure seamless collaboration.

Your impact

• Lead and execute creative initiatives that grow our presence across all audience touchpoints, products, and markets.
• Establish and maintain a robust design system that ensures visual consistency across all of our marketing channels and product interfaces.
• Develop our core creative strategy, defining the visual language, voice, and personality of our brand through integrated campaigns and digital storytelling.

What you'll need

You should be a seasoned professional with at least seven years of experience leading design teams, either in-house or at an agency. We are looking for someone who is as comfortable managing high-level strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves to create assets. Your background should include:

• A strong digital portfolio that demonstrates expertise in branding, typography, web design, and photography or video direction.
• Specific experience working within the blockchain, Web3, or financial services sectors.
• A deep obsession with quality and a proven ability to build scalable project management processes.
• The ability to lead by influence and a resourceful mindset for identifying when to build internally versus when to partner with external agencies.
• Fluency in English.
