What you bring
As a Senior Creative Director, you will take ownership of the experience system for our flagship product, ABCmouse. This full-time, remote role requires a leader who can synthesize visual design, game mechanics, and educational goals into a cohesive and delightful experience. You will guide our creative vision across a global platform that has already served over 50 million children. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Defining the overarching creative vision, tone, and style for our learning experiences.
- Leading multidisciplinary teams across art, UI/UX, animation, and game design to ensure a unified product vision.
- Partnering with curriculum, research, and engineering teams to translate complex learning objectives into engaging, developmentally appropriate play patterns.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a seasoned creative expert with a deep understanding of mobile gameplay loops, progression systems, and player motivation. You should possess strong systems-level thinking and a proven ability to mentor diverse teams of designers, artists, and animators. We are looking for someone who can maintain brand integrity while extending established intellectual property through compelling storytelling. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be comfortable using data insights and usability studies to refine creative decisions. A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality interactive experiences and a sharp eye for detail is essential for this position.
