About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Creative Director to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Argentina. In this leadership position, you will oversee multidisciplinary creative teams to develop innovative and effective campaigns. You will be responsible for driving our creative vision from the initial concept through to final execution, ensuring that our work remains consistent and impactful across various formats and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the entire creative process, including ideation and conceptualization, while ensuring that all final deliverables meet our high standards of quality and adhere to project timelines.
- Collaborate closely with regional hubs and our clients to gain a deep understanding of their specific objectives and marketing needs.
- Mentor and motivate our creative talent, fostering an environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in creative leadership and a passion for pushing boundaries. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior creative leadership role, ideally within creative agencies.
- Exceptional skills in communication, presentation, and team management.
- A mindset rooted in strategic, conceptual, and innovative thinking.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience working on multinational or multicultural campaigns is highly valued.
- A solid understanding of current advertising trends and technologies, combined with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities under tight deadlines.
