The opportunity

We are looking for a Creative Director to join us on-site and help shape the visual identity of our mission. You will be responsible for building the multimedia brand for our Christian-industrial, retro-futuristic vision. This role is perfect for someone who wants to take their faith into the marketplace and own their work within a fast-paced, complex environment. You will be instrumental in telling the story of our aircraft as we work to restore critical infrastructure and reach the unreached.

A day in the life

• Lead our creative direction and storytelling efforts to communicate our mission to the world.
• Produce high-quality video content and graphics that define our brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with our hardware engineers to translate complex technical achievements into compelling narratives that move people.

Who you are

You are a senior-level creative who thrives on autonomy and has a proven history of starting, pacing, and finishing projects. You are comfortable working in an on-site environment and possess the following qualifications:

• Demonstrated excellence in creative production and a portfolio that shows you can execute at a high level.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design software.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve or similar video editing tools.
• The ability to communicate effectively in English and a deep sense of patience when working alongside technical engineering teams.
• You are a United States citizen or permanent resident.
