Role at a glance

We are seeking a Creative & Digital Project Manager to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a mid-level position requiring approximately two years of relevant experience. You will work from anywhere, collaborating with our global teams to oversee complex creative and digital programs from inception to completion.

Your impact

• Lead the delivery of diverse creative and digital projects, ranging from video production and app development to gamification and interactive web experiences.
• Act as a trusted partner to our account teams, helping to scope projects, define timelines, and manage budgets while ensuring client needs are met with high-quality execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to monitor project risks, dependencies, and operational effectiveness, while identifying new ways to improve our delivery processes.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of creative vision and operational discipline. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following:

• At least three years of experience leading creative and digital project delivery, with a preference for those who have worked within the pharmaceutical or healthcare space.
• Proficiency in using various project management software tools to track complex priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with a pragmatic commercial mindset that balances quality with financial efficiency.
• Fluency in English and an adaptable, collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Perks and compensation
