You have a strong creative vision and a deep understanding of photography, videography, and visual storytelling. With a background in the creative industry, you are an effective communicator who excels at building relationships with image and video-makers. You have a sharp eye for talent and know how to identify and recruit photographers and videographers who are a great fit for stock content. Driven by a passion for Diversity & Inclusion, you bring diverse perspectives to your work. You’re a self-starter who thrives both independently and in collaborative environments, successfully managing multiple projects at once.
As a Junior Creative Development Specialist in Asia/Pacific, you’ll support the local creator community by engaging, inspiring and educating them to produce high-quality work that meets customer needs. Reporting to the Director of Creative, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across Creative Insights, Contributor Relations, Custom Content, and Creator Engagement to deliver impactful and locally relevant content.
