About you

0-1 Year of Experience in Digital & Graphic Design

Familiarity with Figma and Adobe tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator)

Willingness to work in a collaborative environment, take feedback, and iterate quickly

Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks with deadlines

Prior experience or internships in startups or marketing teams (preferred but not required)

Enthusiastic about brand design, ensuring a consistent visual identity across platforms and materials

Eagerness to build and maintain brand standards across different media

Portfolio (can include coursework or personal projects) showcasing your design skills, especially in layout and typographyInterest in social media trends

Basic understanding of B2B marketing (a plus but not necessary)

Job Responsibilities

Work with the marketing team to translate business needs and creative briefs into visually compelling designs

Support the team in brainstorming and creating static and motion concepts for web, social media, and other platforms

Assist in maintaining design consistency across web pages, templates, and social media as Educative continues to grow

Approach projects with creativity and a willingness to take ownership of tasks

Show a passion for design, including typography, layout, and visual storytelling

Handle sensitive and confidential information with care, ensuring proper storage and usage within design assets and projects

Adapt to the fast-paced, dynamic nature of a startup environment
