Role at a glance
We are looking for a visionary Creative Design Lead to join our New Product Innovation Team. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract based in Australia, offering a hybrid work arrangement. As a senior-level professional, you will bridge the gap between product strategy and hands-on industrial design to help us define the next generation of our product lineup.
Your impact
- Drive the end-to-end creative process, from initial concept development and prototyping to final execution, ensuring every product is both functional and aesthetically refined.
- Lead user-centric research initiatives, including persona development and journey mapping, to translate complex user needs into actionable design insights.
- Collaborate across departments with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure our design vision aligns with manufacturing feasibility and long-term business strategy.
What you'll need
- A degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field, paired with extensive experience in product development and design leadership.
- Expertise in CAD software and rapid prototyping techniques, alongside a deep understanding of materials and sustainable manufacturing processes.
- A proven track record of leading design teams and successfully bringing market-defining products to life.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts to executive stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
