What you bring

As a Senior Creative Content Producer, you will take ownership of our content production process from the initial concept to the final delivery. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Los Angeles, CA, where you will collaborate across departments to ensure our brand imagery remains consistent and impactful. You will be responsible for the following:

• Managing the end-to-end production lifecycle for all creative content, including oversight of pre-production, shoot days, and post-production timelines.
• Handling complex logistics such as location scouting, equipment rentals, and travel arrangements while maintaining strict adherence to production budgets.
• Negotiating rates with freelance contributors and managing usage rights to ensure all assets are ready for multi-channel usage.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the current production landscape, including established relationships with photographers, models, and beauty industry professionals. We are looking for someone with at least five years of production experience and a bachelor’s degree in media arts, communications, or a related field. You must be an innovative thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating creative concepts clearly to both internal teams and external partners. Strong analytical abilities, a talent for creative problem-solving, and the capacity to remain calm while multitasking in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.

What we offer
