CRE Product Manager at Cherre

Our platform provides an end-to-end solution that allows our clients to connect, transform, and analyze their data to make smarter strategic moves. We are looking for a dedicated Senior Product Manager to join our team in New York City and help us shape the future of commercial real estate technology.

What you'll be doing

• You will own the product roadmap, taking full responsibility for setting clear milestones and ensuring they are delivered on time.
• You will act as the Product Owner for your team, which includes facilitating essential Agile ceremonies like planning sessions, backlog grooming, and product demos.
• You will gather and translate business, functional, and technical requirements into actionable plans by synthesizing direct feedback from our customers.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the commercial real estate technology sector. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working on-site in our New York office and possesses the following qualifications:

• Deep familiarity with industry-standard applications such as Yardi, MRI, VTS, Chatham, Anaplan, RealPage, and Argus.
• A strong technical foundation with a specific focus on data quality and the complexities of building enterprise-grade platforms.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and a proven ability to prioritize feedback to maintain a clear product vision.
• Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to bridge the gap between customer strategy and technical execution.
• A collaborative mindset, especially when working alongside our Sales and Support teams to solve complex problems.
