We are looking for a Course Development Project Coordinator to join our Valuation and Property Services division at Colibri. In this role, you will manage the lifecycle of our professional learning products, which support experts in fields like appraisal, home inspection, and engineering, to ensure our high-quality training materials reach learners on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project management of content development across various valuation and property service disciplines.
- Draft Statements of Work and onboard subject matter experts, fostering strong relationships with authors and reviewers.
- Coordinate with our course design and production teams to ensure all projects meet our quality standards.
- Work alongside the accreditation team to guarantee that all curriculum complies with regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, process invoices, and keep stakeholders informed of delivery timelines and potential blockers.
- Develop efficient playbooks and processes for content acquisition and production.
- Implement quality control measures to evaluate course functionality and material accuracy.
- Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and instructional design, to support successful product launches.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least three years of experience in project management, publishing, or the development of qualifying and continuing education materials.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in content acquisition, specifically in recruiting and screening subject matter experts.
- Background in education technology or learning design.
- Familiarity with NetSuite and Monday.com.
- Previous professional experience in appraisal, mortgage lending, engineering, home inspection, or land surveying.
